JACOBS - DENTIST...... on each side.  It has silver lettering with a black sand texture background.  It has the maker edge ID of ...C. T. Thurston, Warren Pa.  *** Great Vintage Original Sign ***
MEASAUREMENTS: 40" long x 18" tall.
RESEARCH.. seems to point to Dr. Hiram Cushman Jacobs who's associated with Franklin Pa and Warren Pa areas at the right time. ..grave pic included.  Also seems he had a dental clinic in Jamestown NY in the 1920's.
CONDITION: Quite decent overall condition with any nominal wear and aging as seen.   One side is noticeably better than the other.
