Biscuit firing (
素焼き
):Unglazed. Excellent air and water through.
Break easily. Mainly for cultivation.
2) Kesho-
Bachi: Both for cultivation and display.
Dorobachi (
泥鉢
): Unglazed. Good
air and water through. Fired at higher temperature than Biscuit. Best for pines and oaks
Glazed
pot (
色鉢
): Less
air and water through, compared with Dorobachi. Good for various trees.
