    These are designed to simply slide over your dog's collar and form a scrunchie. Very festive for the holidays and dog friendly and safe for the dog.  No elastic is used in the scrunchie.  (Dogs can get their paws caught in elastic scrunchies which could cause injury to the dog. My scrunchies are very safe because they slide over the dog's collar and have no elastic to stretch and cause injury to the dog. When they slide onto the dog's collar they form a cute scrunchie, stay in place on the collar, will not choke the dog, and will not fall off unless the entire collar falls off.)
