Dog Rain Jacket / Coat

100 % Cotton. Outside is like a soft vinyl and hood is accented with faux smoked fur. Says L but is small to me which is what I listed it as. Please take measurements into account. Overall, it measures 18" including hood. Without hod, it measures 11". Measures 16" from side to side with jacket unbuttoned. Never used.
