    Description

    This is an original WWI vintage US Army wool winter tunic / jacket.  Dated 1917.  Not sure of size.  The sleeves measure approx. 24.5 inches long, shoulders are approx 17.5 inches, and the length from the top of the collar to the bottom of the jacket is approx. 29 inches long.   Olive drab green.  The inner pocket tag reads " J.J. PREIS & CO. INC. BALTIMORE MD CONTRACT June 12th, 1917 Specification No. 1176 NEW YORK DEPOT Q.M.C. ".   Buttons are D. EVANS of Attleboro.   Overall decent shape with some wear to the wool.  This came out of a collection of WWI and WWII US Uniforms and misc field gear.  What you see is what you get.  No reserve so bid with confidence.  Buyer pays shipping.
